SALT LAKE CITY, Utah (ABC 4 News) - Police arrested a man they say pulled out a gun on several people in the Salt Lake Intermountain Healthcare clinic.

Police say 33 year-old Jermale Smith, who also goes by the alias Moses Swanigan, refused to listen to the police and even threw the gun at officers.

After several attempts police were able to taser and arrest the man who turned out to have been carrying a toy gun.

He was booked on two counts of aggravated assault and interfering with an arrest.
